As you know, the main goal of the Eurasian Creative Guild (London) is to unite creative people, promote and encourage the arts on a global scale. To this end, the Guild organises the annual Eurasian Culture Week (ECW).

ECW will give you unforgettable emotions and impressions!

In 2024 Eurasian Creative Week will bring together literature, coaching and visual arts.

ECW is an opportunity to meet like-minded people, present your creative work to an international audience, immerse yourself in the cultural heritage of the UK and experience its authentic atmosphere. Attending this event will fill you with positive emotions and give you an unforgettable experience.

Categories of participation:

OFFICIAL PARTICIPANT

This option gives you the opportunity to attend not only general events but also private events. A mention of your participation will be published in the OCA Magazine. In addition, you will receive a certificate of participation in the festival. 

Cost:

250 British pounds for all participants

25% discount is available (for Guild members) — £188.

IMMERSIVE EXHIBITION

Present 5 of your artworks in a unique atmosphere where the audience is immersed in the world of your art. Your art will be part of an immersive installation.

This option includes a mention of your participation in OCA Magazine. You will also receive an online certificate of participation in the festival.

350 UK pounds for all participants

25% discount (for Guild members) of £260 is available.

SPEAKER / MASTER CLASS / PERSONAL PRESENTATION / EXHIBITION / FILM SCREENING

This option gives you the opportunity to give a master class (up to 1.5 hours) or a presentation (up to 1 hour) of your work on one of the days of the festival. A presentation at an international festival is a good way to make yourself known, be heard and be appreciated. We offer you a stage, audience and publicity within the framework of the event + official participant benefits are included: mention of your participation in OCA Magazine, attendance at private events, certificate of participation. (Printed certificate is issued at Guild meetings throughout the year or directly at the OEBF Festival)

INCLUDES shared accommodation (for the duration of the festival check-in at 14.00 on 15 September and check-out at 12.00 on 18 September ). That is in one room live 2 participants. + breakfast is included.
